Recruiter called me about LEO Derm USA

I got a call from a recruiter about an opportunity with LEO. I currently work for a larger company but I am getting tired of the annual layoffs.

What is LEO like? Do you have enough promotional budget to make any impact? Are the cars nice? 401k match? Are the products good? Are the managers used car salespeople with short fuses? Are there POAs where you have to dance like a monkey?

This place sucks. Management at the home office is clueless. The VP of Sales is an empty suit. The director of sales ops designs a plan to lowball anyone with bonus money...

 

You what I have hope things are gonna change for the better- a new CEO announced today in home office .. which will bring fresh eyes and new ideas. I am looking forward to a new Leo!
