This division continues to have excessive turnover, which is likely the result of its crooked ways. They need to replace top leadership in Irvine and have a Corporate Compliance Officer oversee their daily activities.

Corporate culture comes from the top. That’s why it’s imperative to replace the leadership team.

Very philanthropic of you to give your surgeons NorthFace jackets with the company name and device name on them. 1-800-Buy-Business.

Newsflash: Report the violations to AdvaMed and the company ombudsman if you want to be retaliated against and fired. Or report it to DOJ.

The most recent 10Q to SEC looks bad. Two civil settlements and a misdemeanor plea agreement. Hopefully shareholders weren’t misled.

"Medtronic is committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct and compliance with all applicable regulatory guidelines," Medtronic said. Well, obviously. Duh!!

Interestingly, no mention of the criminal in the 10Q. It sure seems that someone somewhere was misled if one lines up the past 10Q's and starts looking at dates and timelines. MDT bought bad goods. Shareholder lawsuits next?

“These two settlements relate to historical conduct that began and largely concluded under legacy Covidien prior to Covidien LP and ev3, Inc. being acquired by Medtronic in 2015.” People engage in conduct, not companies. So are the conductors still employed by MDT? If so, why would anyone believe that the conduct would change with a new company logo? And what is meant by “largely concluded?” Don’t be dumb!

-Alex, I’ll take Fraud for $1000.
-Okay, this company was implicated in a racketeering scheme involving stock fraud and later led to Covidien’s birth.
    -What is Tyco?
    -Yes!
