How about a candidate referral report... Ever notice how we refer great candidates for openings, and most of them don't even get an interview? Skilled and experienced people. I guess the DMs and especially the RDs don't want potential competition. All about job security and keeping your people in line. Embarassing.
This is fucking stupid. If I hire a great rep who makes a shitload of bonus money and looks great, guess what. I make a shitload of money and look great. A rep may do great and become a RBM but it won’t be at my expense. We go up together. I’d love to hire someone who could compete for my job because in the process I make bank! Your candidates just weren’t the best. Sorry you missed out on that referral bonus.
Kind of agree with both posts. Great reps make you money. Great DMs make RDs nervous. Especially external hires who may actually have original ideas. Christ look around you. RD team is complacent. Cruise control attitude.
