no Arbor ped training?

anyone else think it’s weird that there is no pediatric training on the horizon, and yet there is at least 25 openings after the last slash and burn? Are they gonna dump the ped products before selling

 

Peds reps are being plugged into open Neuro spots right now because they are already trained on Evekeo. Notice none of the open ped positions are being filled. After that remaining peds will be plugged into open CV spots which are currently opening up at a rapid pace. Unfortunately in a few months, remaining peds will be eliminated due to being in low revenue territories (ie goals of 8 or 10 RXs a month).

 

Now this makes sense. maybe combining some franchises.

 

More Neuro spots are opening up. Peds reps get ready to make the move before they close down the Peds division. I'm not sure if they are taking CV reps because CV is bread and butter for Arbor.

 

Has is occurred to anyone WHY there are openings in Neuro (the highest paid division)? Even they are under paid, under appreciated and tracked like dogs.

 

It’s because Arbor sucks. The reps know management has no clue what they are doing so we need to get out for a long term career

 

Peds reps are being plugged into Neuro spots bc that’s the way Laura operates. And look out neuro reps, if your territory happens to cover the same geography as one of her favorite peds people, she will find a way to get rid of you and guess who your replacement will be???
And let’s not forget, someone within Arbor are the only people that would consider a neuro position a promotion. Considering they are paid well below industry standards, no one else is flicking to those spots. We pay our neuro reps what primary care reps at any other company would be making.

 

Watch out.... another round of firing based off of tracking devices coming soon. Gotta plug those peds reps in somewhere.

 

Spot on! Now the question is will Peds be dissolved in 3rd Qtr or 4th Qtr? Wonder how they will spin the next downsizing?
