I will never understand how Arbor selects the people they promote.

By year end, but don't call it layoffs or downsizing......call it a reorganization.....Its the Arbor Way!

They only select the grossly inexperienced. That way, their ways aren’t questioned. They only want “yes” men or mostly women I should say. It’s laughable yet sad how her and her buddy got promoted with barely any industry experience. Especially considering there were MUCH more qualified people who went for that job. This place is a joke.

Haha all the yes. It's true. And if you question methods or bring up practices things to their attention for the sake of the company, they think you are a rebel rouser and target you to make you miserable. That's the Arbor way!

It is surprising. They don't expect much experience to become a manager. No wonder this place is falling apart.

No they don’t. It wouldn’t be as bad if they actually trained people on how to be good managers. Instead, they promote the inexperienced so they don’t have to pay them much and because they take marching orders much better and then throw them to the wolves.

What is happening to MR in all this. His franchise is going up in smoke.

You can't train a jerk to be a nice person. They are who they are.
