Does anyone have any info on these positions? How are they different from the FRM role? Have they started interviews? I noticed a few of these newly posted and am wondering if this is just another term for the reimbursement role.

The PEL is a field reimbursement role. Interviews coming soon

The PEL layoff is coming sooner.

PEL is supposed to be calling on major accts. I hope it's different from Reimbursement Mgr, where the pay is a joke. 90-110 base + a whopping 10%. Waaaayyyyy, Waaayyyy below industry average, especially for a biologic / injectable. Good luck attracting competent talent.

Has anyone been contacted regarding these positions, yet? I’m still hoping for initial contact.

Bingo! These jokers expecting reps and anyone else hired (for the horrible Biosimilar launch) to travel all around the entire coast for a measly 120k pay LOL.. Cheap arses. Bonus will be PEANUTS and a desperate working environment. Goes to show work-life balance will be complete crap. No thank you UCB! Anyone considering these crappy positions is an idiot at best. Good luck though

So let me get this straight...you are currently so rich that you are calling $120k measly? I'm also going to guess you voted to MAGA

I haven’t heard anything either. It appears maybe they haven’t started initial contacts...maybe waiting until closer to launch?

Heard from the recruiter today that they are a little behind reviewing resumes and setting up interviews. He said they will be reaching out next week if invited to interview

Heard these are entry level positions - they would be better off to hire persons with no experience, young, train them how they want and offer low salaries - at least being young they will take a lower paying job and have ability to travel extensively

I was told not to expect to hear anything until after Memorial Day.

I was contacted for the Patient Access Specialist (PAS) position. Is this the same as the PEL positions?

PAS positions cover huge areas like 3-4 of entire states. Is this the same as the PEL?

Yes it's peanuts. Having to travel between multiple states several times a month is not worth the pay. You must not have a life or not want a life. And don't worry if I'm a mega or not bc I'm not a MAGA, just telling it like it is. Anyone who takes the PAS or new Biologic rep positions WILL be working for their MAGA MANAGER! Believe that! Good luck fools!

My recruiter said same thing, but still waiting. Was anyone contacted yet? Trying to figure out if I’m still even in the running.

Still haven’t heard anything either. Did you talk to a recruiter at UCB or outside?

Outside but she said she was waiting to hear back from mgr.

Anyone contacted for an interview yet or know hiring timeline? I was told by my recruiter they were just waiting to extend an offer to the manager so that person can hire their own folks but we should’ve heard something starting last week.
