This is the best we can do?

How about providing some specifics... easy to just bad mouth people than to provide concrete evidence?

I agree 100%. Our ITLDP programs are indeed a great source of high potential employees.

We should not seek to inherent problems from other companies.

We should really provide the opportunity to these outstanding candidates who show the mental aptitude, work ethic, and credibility, which starts at the very beginning of our ITLDP programs, and are a key foundation to our future success.

Agree - this all sounds like one obsessed dude who is setting his reminders to post idiotic vague remarks every week or so. For a long time. Pretty sick, man...get your s**t together.

The moves and re-org activities are coming. Just a matter of time.

Anyone have any ideas as to when a Reorg/Layoff will take place?

    Are they offering packages?

Good candidates should not be concerned.

Current baggage(s) may be part of the next round.

Seems to be controlled reductions, but not far reaching enough to weed out lowest performers. GTS in the weeds.

Would be great to see ITLDP have the opportunity to drive our needed work forward. Spinning wheels have no place.

Our last 3 cohort classes have had excellent candidates who were much more well qualified.

ITLDP's are, in many cases, very strong, in can get things accomplished. Mentoring the candidates, you can tell right away how dedicated they are.

More advantages come with our ITLDP's. These are dedicated resources with high commit level to what they are doing, as well being very Credo-minded individuals.

Lots of integrity and credibility comes along with these talented individuals.

Hopefully, GTS and Mark L. recognize the talent gap here.

ITLDP is a great place to start to see more opportunity for those who are actual movers and doer's.

The last few cohorts were terrific!

Lol - what “senior leader” would be on here making these statements? What a joke.
