ML is the worst. Very odd bird who thinks he is much more important than he is. Major F ups in recent years. PR is an empty suit

BMS needs to bring a bobcat and scour all the deadwoods.

They're two peas in a pod. The likes of these two will continue to dominate this ailing company. No one seems to care, and no one gives a damn.

A thorough and serious weed whacking is long overdue.

Nah, won’t happen. Accountability’s non existent in BMS’ vocabulary. A lot of these DBM’s feel entitled and think they’re sacred cows. Just go with the flow. It’s all about playing the numbers game. Who cares about non-productive managers?

PR just keeps moving where drug is lucrative at the moment - CV, Diabetes, then Oncology.

Paul Root acts like he's one important executive; been in the BMS circulation for way too long, and deemed ineffective by observers.

The entire immuno management team from Bobby on down. Amazing incompetence. It must be charity that the keep those idiots on. No other company would hire them.

If a man does not have the sauce, then he is lost. But the same man can be lost in the sauce.

There’s no such thing as bad managers, only bad reps.

    Everyone knows that.

This immuno division has to be the biggest joke out there. The rep I know literally works one lunch a week, if that. If they ever checked expense accounts to what he was charging and when, they would know what he’s spending it on. Or who is using the card and the car. It’s pathetic

The absolute worst had to be DC- dist mgr in NC for CV division. Totally incompetent! Only reason us reps like
him is because he doesn't give us any pressure and (on the rare occasions he actually works in the field with reps) he often just sits in waiting room
while we make calls as he is afraid
of being exposed in front of customers for his weak product knolwedge...pitiful!

The worst managers have to be the oncology group. If you have six reps covering the same area and accounts literally do not know who to call with a question.....what the hell are those 6 reps doing?
