It still seems credible that when an Advair generic hits the scene there could be some changes

Merger rumors have been around since the last merger.

Word on the street is...No representative layoffs this year. Word is..managers downsized mid year in 2019. Representative headcount (primary care) is as lean as it can get. FLL span of control will average 10-12 reps. There are the whispers beginning in HQ...Asthma Biologic team may be cut if sales performance continues to decline. The timeline over under on that is 12 months. Also, M&A is a strong possibility by 2019-2020. If you are an FLL, expect severance offers by June of 2019. $hit Show Sam out!

SSS now thinks he is Nostradamus. So sad, and profane also.

Not buying this scenario if Advair goes generic mid year. Could see major changes happening .

I love post #25. Yes, Advair will go generic at some point. But "major changes"? Really? "Major changes"?? What would those changes be? Let's see? Senyos contact severed? Of course, they're a contract organization. Nothing major about that! Are you speculating a layoff for primary care reps? Let's ponder that for a moment...Yep, not gonna happen! The only thing GSK has is the Elipta line. Do you think 1 rep per territory can handle that? Absolutely not!!! (unless territories are made smaller in which case..no layoffs). So post #25..what "major changes" do you see happening? #disgruntledemployee

This fellow is obviously a new hire who thinks he knows how to run a company. He is also a perfect model of a millennial.

There will be a big sucking sound when ICS/LABA class drugs are filled at pharmacies. Also sucking sound coming from GSK bottom line. Typically that means changes.

Our profane friend who thinks he is cute, is the one who hates GSK because they asked him to leave.... and said don't slam the door .

Almost everything written on this board can be verified from sources. GSK, SmithKline, and awful GlaxoWellcome have enough fodder for posts. It’s really hard to legitimately deny anything when you have several news stories about all of the bad you have done!
