    I wouldn't recommend it unless you really need a job. There are very few good people left at B+L and the ones still there are looking for other jobs. Company culture sucks and they don't value their sales force.

    Fantastic culture and base/bonus exceeds industry salary. Managers don't micro and plenty of easy access.

    B+L sales sales reports are retracted on a weekly basis. Nobody gets their targets because the reporting is so off. The manager is unqualified and insecure because he knows he doesn’t belong there, and got hired after the scandal when the company was grabbing the bottom of the barrel middle management. With zero respect and credibility with colleagues and subordinates, he still thinks he’s doing a better job as he badmouths them to upper management behind their backs. Micromanaging is ok if you know what you’re doing but he just makes more work for his underlings because he’s so clueless. This guy needs to go back to customer service answering complaints and stay away from the numbers.
