Perfectly stated. I was backstabbed quite a bit and enjoying watching this dumpster fire. Karma is reality.

I really do not understand where you’re coming from. I love this company. They are still a young company and make mistakes. They correct them when noticed. They look out for all of the reps most importantly. These constant changes, layoffs, or new directions are the norm in pharma. Honestly, we’re paid pretty well too...why leave for only money when management is top tier? A lot of the reps on my team complain on data constantly too...you don’t need to know where the scripts actually come from if you sell every office, every call!

LOL, just kidding! I just gagged

It was clear you were kidding when you said management was top tier. I can't believe the people they put into the district manager spots. Most of them have less product knowledge than their reps, embarrass the reps when they ride with them and focus on things that aren't even important. Now, they have the managers tracking our every move like an overprotective parent tracking their teenager on their phone.

I slipped a tracker into my managers bag and oh the places he goes! No wonder he’s been divorced twice.

Really? Doesn’t anyone work 8am-5pm? Actually, what about catching docs before they start at 7:30am? No wonder not many are making quota or maxing out their bonus... may the layoffs are warranted...

"Catch a doc before they start at 7:30 AM"? You mean piss them off by getting in their face before they even see their 1st patient (ie paying customer)? How would you like to have a salesperson knock on your front door at 7:30 AM and try to talk you into buying something?

Only if I had a pre-arranged appointment and something new/valuable to discuss. If I want to get booted out of a clinic and never see the doc again I would show up during the small amount of quiet time they get during the day before they see patients and interrupt them with the same shit I’ve been telling them for a year. If they get there that early it’s because they have actual work to do. This company is so fucking dumb to think there is any causal relationship between hours worked and sales results. The fact is that there are reps that get the job done and those that don’t. A bad rep could work 24 hours a day and not get the results that a good rep gets working 4-5 hours. And Arbor has a lot of the bad ones.

Everyone should take a deeper look into Arbos financials. They are so far in the red they can’t stop the bleeding. Moody’s has already posted findings on there financials. Arbos credit rating has already dropped from B1 to B2 and has posted a loss for 2017 (aside from what Ed briefly mentioned at NSM) and has found the 2018 will be a major loss. Future is based on all pipe dreams or pipeline ( as Arbos executives would say). EveKeeeooo AD, XR, higher strengths is late to market. Look at your major competition. I left and so should everyone there. Trust your gut, it’s the buffer between your head and heart

Are you awake yet? Or are you still with Arbor? Get the hell out! You can say that to yourself and leave or they might just say it to you...thus the big wave of people let go.
