So true. I came from Wyeth to vaccines and got axed.

Totally! Biotech has been taken over by big pharma drones who were once kept out but now sneak under the door using biotech attitude and verbiage in interviews then immediately revert to their old ways once hired. Hard to remove the Trojan horses once they're in.

Hard to believe someone from Vaccines got fired. When it was Wyeth NOBODY got fired even though people hardly worked. I guess it's back to the real world now.

Yeah, with Pfe I have to work 2 and a half days, vs. 2 with Wyeth. Sucks.

Then why all the whining from Vaccine reps about the good old days and how different things are now with metrics, etc??

Yes. It is THAT bad here. Across all divisions. You’ve been warned.

I started a little over a year ago. It is 15 vacation days, 6 personal days, 5 caregiver days, and unlimited sick days. You can carry a max of 5 vacation days into the next year.

You don't get days at home for admin work.. you're expected to be in the field 8:30-4:30 Monday through Friday.

It depends on what cluster you are interviewing for. Cluster 2 with Eliquis and Chantix is pretty solid. Nobody knows the fate of cluster 1 or cluster 3 because of upcoming LOEs.

    Good luck

Have you read the GPS/tracking thread? If you're really only working 2.5 days a week I would give it some thought. I personally don't think they track with GPS, but if a DM suspects something, I can guarantee you the IT department can run a report... as well as checking where and when you fill up a car. Do you use EZ Pass?? That's a no brainer. The fact that you don't require signatures in Vaccines helps with the deception. Good luck with your part time job.

don't give your dm reason to suspect you then. simple.

All is fine until you don't hit your number....then they look. It's never an unrealistic goal-remember that. If you don't hit your goal then the RM starts the questions the DM has to answer. As someone who had to answer to an A-hole RM I can tell you it's not always easy to do. Continued good luck to you.

Wait.. you're a sales assistant or a customer service rep? Pfizer is hiring at the bottom of the barrel with this.

Pto here is awful. Two weeks vacation, no holiday shutdown. That means pretty much one week off total compared to the industry standard.

And the managers will text and call you while you’re on your official PTO.

    3 weeks vacation.

Three weeks vacation after your first year. But still no company shutdown between Xmas and New Years, which is against industry standard.

Why is the PHR position in CT posted again?
