What makes Mike Foley such a goofball?

    Simple answer...Mike has crushed the moral of the sales force with his awful managerial skills. He has created a culture of paranoid managers who are micromanaging unhappy reps where many are busting their asses trying to achieve quotas that seem to change mid quarter (how do you all like the monthly NPT quota that he just came up with!!) No where in my many years of experience has there been a fool as bad as Foley trying to indoctrinate the sales force with his awful greasy selling style. Go back to your Thursday night hockey league, Mike. From the sounds of your glory day gloating you should be able to sandbag the competition.

    How pathetic!, a national manager, wasting his obviously not very precious time, on an anonymous bitch site. You are mentally week, hence the constant references to your lost hockey dreams. Probably your only success in life.

    What rep would make the accusations that you are, about nobody working? Phil has spread his venom through you and you love it. What rep would think globally and declare Natazia a disaster? What is your measuring stick? I have been experiencing great interest in Natazia and so have all the other reps that I have talked to. You are pathetic and totally out of touch with the sales force. A rep from New England told me how stupid you are. When you were acting district manager, before Ron Jordan, a good man, took over, you sent this rep their expense report back three separatel times because of errors, rather than go through it all, and then send it back to them. Just as your first instinct is to accuse us of not working, you were so quick to condemn this rep, that you could not get through the whole expense report without pointing out his errors, one by one.

    From your tone, and embarrassment to be associated with us, and accusations of no work ethic or any discipline, it is obvious that you are Foley. Your words match your actions perfectly.

    You want us to know it is you, or, in fact, you are stupid.

    Well, now we all know how you feel about half of us. Which half am I in Mike? You are fecal material.

    What about the cost of turnover to Bayer?
    I don't know much, one thing I do know is that the foundation of good sales is a good relationship with cutomers.
    How many neurologist even know what Foley looks like?
    1st quarter sales $70 million.
    Quota $110 million.

    All this turnover happened in a span of 3 years and cost Bayer Dermatology hundreds of thousands of dollars to replace and train all these reps and managers.

    Before coming to Bayer Dermatology your amazing Bayer Neurology leader Mike Foley ruined Steifel Labs which is part of GSK.

    Holy Shit! Foley brought over Captain Dan!?! These two are a Match made in heaven! For all of you reps that now work for The Captain, watch your backs! This guy will fuck up your career! He screwed over a bunch of us in derm and couldn’t care less! He will use you and abuse you! Your docs will hate you if you bring him in with you and he’ll blame that on your inability to sell!     When Mike Foley was at Bayer Dermatology he pushed and knocked down one of the derm reps Van M. at a POA meeting.

    All the derm reps including myself saw it happen and were called by Bayer HR and nothing was done about it except that Mike Foley came up with a bogus excuse and got Van M. fired a year later.

    Just so you guys in Bayer Neurology know after the pushing incident we at the derm division started to call Mike Foley "VP Pushy Man".

    We also called Mike Foley "Fred Flinstone" because of his stupid hair cut and man boobs lol.

    I am really sorry you guys are stuck with this TOOL now.

    What a bunch of whiners! You apparently all suck at your job and come here to complain. Foley isn’t that bad. He’s just under a lot of pressure to get results and is doing it the way he knows how (love it or hate it). My territory use to produce a lot of business but has been affected like everyone else. He’s only asking us to squeeze out the last remaining drops before the well is dry. If you don’t like the pressure find another job.
