They left on their own. It was just the typical “ grass is greener” thought process. Had nothing to do with Cynthia.

reps and 2mgrs left after Q4 and LTI payout. That is fairly typical for oncology sales, in most companies.
the above response as to why so many people are leaving is ridiculous- the fact they left after Q4 / LTI payouts just means they timed their departures smartly— Fact remains... they chose to leave! Yeah, those are Red Flags to anyone paying attention !
