If you are waiting for someone to motivate you I would suggest you look in the mirror and decide to grow up and take some personal responsibility. The Acne team is the only functional team in the entire organization and I know the NSD tries very hard to get the right managers on his team. Actually, if you talk to him he is one of the few managers that actually care about the reps here. We are actually lucky to have the managers and the management on the acne team we have. Anyone who has been in the industry for 2 months knows the managers make you or make your life miserable. Also, our managers can only do so much. It starts at the top. I would suggest you go over to the new sweaty Hands company. Their stock dropped 23% yesterday but I am sure you will receive the motivation you are so desperately seeking. At least at the launch meeting then get ready for a massive layoff 6 months after the launch of the product. Too many reps not enough revenue from that thing you can see it a mile away. Good luck.

To the KoolAide drinker above, unless youre a Male and Indian you have no say at this company so if you’re a white male in middle management just consider your job useless. Which is everyone because the Indians don’t like women in managment! That’s why the acne DM’s sit at home all day collecting pay or double dipping. When managers aren’t motivated why would reps be either? The only reason acne has done well is because there was no competition. That is soon changing and heads will roll. My advice is to get out while you can!

Our NSD is the biggest frickin’ crybaby I’ve ever seen in my career. No solutions, just problems.

TG - WTF ? I spoke with him on Wednesday and was like ‘really’ ??? He’s pretty high on himself. For what reason idk bc he’s not accomplished anything.

I’m a pretty good judge of character and let’s just say I wouldn’t trust that guy as far as I could throw him.

And to the idiotic comment about motivation, well, that’s part of leadership, and ‘we ain’t got none of that ‘round here’

Please. You’re delusional and write like you’re 10 years old. The biologic team are nice people most of whom have been quite successful in their careers. Fl knows how to hire good people. His track record speaks for itself. Stop wining because you weren’t hired.

Simply put, if FL had such a stellar track record, he wouldn’t have been unemployed when he was picked up by Sun.
I’ve never been less confident in the future of my company as I’ve been coming out of Orlando. I’m here +/- a year, and it just feels like we’re sliding backwards ( though I do have a high regard from my RSM).
