Have your managers given you their survey outcomes? In the past the managers have discussed how we rated them. I have not heard of one manager doing it this year.

Most of my team like our manager, so I do not think there are many surprises. With that said I would love to hear what other teams said about their managers.

ESS results have been distributed to the ASMs and they will be sharing them w us in the next week or two.

My guess is that 99% of the answers were heavily sugar coated because nobody thinks their answers are really anonymous. Surveys where the first question asks you to verify your manager, are a wee bit suspect. Lundbeck doesn't get rid of managers, period. If they have a problem with one, they will just sweep it under the rug as if it never happened. God help a rep if accused of the same crime, because they will be gone in a blink of an eye. So, why answer any questions regarding your manager because it doesn't really matter.

Or they bring the ASM into the home office in training or marketing so it’s not a field issue anymore. Home Office gets let go faster than the field managers.

Always has to be someone to blame. That’s how to survive in most Pharma home office environments. It’s a lot like high school. Just try to stay with the “in” crowd.

How do you think that fake Northera product Director keeps her job? What a complete phony.

I wonder if we have the same boss? I am sick of the Kool-Aid.

our manager was lowest rated in all of neurology and is still working and despite a very high turnover rate on the team the manager is oblivious to how bad they are in the role. We can tell the manager is now doing all kinds of busy work and activity to try and rectify their shortcomings so the negative reviews have made some change here. If we didn't have a pending restructuring I would have expected more from the regionals but I believe they will address it when they have to change head count at end of T3.

I am sure my manager (neuro side) received many low marks. All the seasoned reps were truthful and the ones this manager hired I believe ( do not know for sure) rated the boss as good. What is funny our boss is still acting as if they know the business. When we get calls from offices on high co-pays the boss tells us to say " It must be the patients deduct able, or now they are in the Donut Hole. #CLUELESS Or just spitting out the home office story.

Mine is not a guess. It is a fact. No one on our team answered truthfully because the managers do know who answered what. After last year it was basically agreed that the survey results don't matter so why risk retaliation? Lundbeck is just checking a box so they can pretend to be different
