What was the point of that POA meeting in jersey?

To make Joss look good. It was a waste of time unless you are one of her loved ones. She also needs to lie about giving kudos to reps who replaced ones she had terminated. She needs to lie to make them make her look good. She is just a liar. Time to get out of this company and far away as I can from Joss. I will never work for a company she is a director of. This should be her last director gig ever.

Agreed on the other stuff, but do you really think she addressed us professionally as a good leader should? You truly think she looked good???

I took it as it was a show to make her look like she’s doing her job. Trying Tom create this perception that she is a leader but in reality I’m like she is dreadful. I’m hoping to be out by June. The director did not look good. This company is in disarray. They bet on the wrong person. Thank you Italy for botching that choice. Terrible.

Josephine is not a leader. This company has too high of an attrition rate. This company churns way too many employees and my only guess is Josephine is responsible because she thinks by doing so she will survive. I do agree as well. I will not work for a company she is associated with. My understanding she has a history of being unsuccessful leading companies. Please remove her Italy. We are not growing. It is time for change and that change starts with her!

After that joke of a POA I am looking on medreps and trying to get out of here asap. i don't plan on asking HR, Josephine or any team members from my district as a reference. I know she loves two of them and one is a snitch!

    This company is a nightmare.

Yes the problem was Aldo. Yes the problem is Jos. But the bigger problem everyone should be worried about is Italy because they make these choices and allow this to happen.

You should know by now they do not care. They are taking this bleeding company for what they can, not what they think it will be. It’s a joke.

For those of you who work here- quit. Quit now. Find a new job.

For those of you who are interviewing or have been contacted. Run the fuck away. Everything on here is true from the turnover rate to the GPS in your car.

For those of you who got out already. I’m sorry. I’m sorry you even had to work for a company like this in the first place. Whether you were tricked or desperate.

I do agree! Obviously a lot of the failures are on Italy. They control the pricing and hiring of the leadership team but Joss also carries a lot of the blame for the failures of this company. She has hired a lot of the DM's and honestly many of them do not have a clue how to sell a buy and bill product. Some may be on their last hoorah before retirement and are inexperienced in a buy and bill market. She got what she wanted in Marketing and got rid of some talented representatives, HR, and Marketing. She was able to replace them with what she wanted for her team. They are all failing. I don't see her as a strong strategic thinker. Yes she is good at lying and playing the game but that carry you so far in corporate america. In the end she has to show results and she isn't!

I just received an offer letter and will be exiting the company soon. This is a black hole of a company. It isn't a good reputation name of a company to have on your resume. The reputation on the market is the product isn't as good as the cost of it and reimbursement is a nightmare. Josephine knows this but was so desperate she kept lying to the sales force. I grew tired of that feeling I was misleading my medical practices I sell to. This is why I am leaving. I value my reputation in the market more than misleading to collect a paycheck.

I do wish all the representatives the best and I pray Joss doesn't get another director position. She just isn't qualified to be a leader. Maybe a DM but a director. No thanks!!!

Medreps.com has a ton of jobs on the east coast. NJ there were companies like Bristol Myers to Stryker looking. They say 'grass isn't greener on the other side of that hill' well I am here to say that person never worked here. I have several interviews these next two weeks. The grass is greener. I am getting out! If you stay you are going to regret it! I've never worked for a company with high attrition as this one.

GET OUT OF THIS horribly ran company immediately. There are plenty of jobs. Get on Linkedin with premium, It does not get better. RUN FOREST RUN> And if you stay, then shame on you. You work at an entry level med device company that is toxic. Cut bait and focus on yourself and your mental state
