it can take years to build, and just seconds to lose it.
Based on my conversations at POA, I’ve seen leadership undermine people by asking others about their own people - indirectly stating the lack of confidence in their own direct reports.

It’s kinda like gossip. The person that gossips to you, gossips about you.

So if you can’t trust your leader, then there’s nothing to be here for.

    Perfectly said.
I know they’re looking for dirt on a, eh-hem, ‘home office’ person.

Wrong! I was asked point blank on Groff's leadership and I was 100% honest on how he protects his posse and how he is furthest from a leader I have seen. Yes big Sun is asking lots of questions and lots about RG and how he protects his minions. Not long until they realize RG is a liability

Funny, that’s not the person I was asked about, but you’re warm ...

The top RSMs have left, and that leaves PS as probably the best one left. But look at the raw number of reps that have left, virtually all the top performers. That tells you there’s no trust or confidence in the future. Look at what’s remained ...ugh.

Prescribers do not care about trusting a company (unless something outrageous occurs). Just say India and thoughts of low quality, dishonesty, and cheap come immediately to mind. Prescribers trust their local reps and sometimes their managers. Many more times the MSLs. People who come to their office, are respectful, and give some level of support and value. If a company messes with the local reps and does not offer value under the cover of Pharma guidelines, the end result is where SUN currently sits. That means that there no reason to give reciprocal professional courtesy. Relationship ends, prescriptions end. It can return. But not likely as long as the current trend continues.

    Agreed.
But I think the OP was about trust within Sun. So if it doesn’t exist there, it cannot exist externally.

Regardless of how you feel about someone, it’s lame to have someone from the HO troll at POA for ‘dirt’ on someone who reports into them.

To me, it makes me look at them and think ‘this is how they spend their time’? - and ‘if they’re back-dooring their own person, what else are they doing’?

And from what I heard, the inquiry wasn’t about RG. One up was the subject.
