Seriously, big pharmaceuticals is taking an ass thrashing with the opioid crisis. How is Insys going to be able to continue to fight it off? Still promoting a product that got them into trouble to begin with AND still using the exact same high pressure tactics it used then. The only difference is the insurance is not paying for the shit now and doctors finally realized they will definitely get questioned if they use the product. How do we still have people working here that have been here for years? "Sorry doctor, we made mistakes in the past but we are a new company. We'll except for my manager. and my managers manager. Otherwise we are a new company. What? well yes they both witnessed for took part in the illegal stuff but they are still here mr doctor."

This company is done for 3 reasons.

    1. They have no pipeline.
    2. Because they have no pipeline and they have the spotlight on them their "sales" tactics (ie speaker programs) will be used as easy fodder for DAs everywhere while every other drug company in the world employs them with impunity.
    3. They hired the least knowledgable sales reps in the world, so now THEY are easy targets for every alphabet agency because they made little money (relatively speaking) to defend themselves.

This truly is a tragic story.
Greedy doctors, talentless corrupt entrepreneurs, naive sales reps and morally bankrupt politicians all looking to make money off of drug addicts.
