Here is a snapshot of your first 6 months at BFRA:

1)You will go to training led by the Training Manager that is useless. Barely knows the product and zero clue on how to sell the product.

    2) Your Manager will fly in someone to teach you how to sell the therapy, Manager has no clue and trainer will not give your the complete sales process. They will not expose themselves to the risk, 95% off label promotion. Meanwhile major competition is under investigation by the OIG and some will go to jail.

    3) Zero Marketing or support. You might get 5 Visual Aids.

    4) You will get useless Sales Data created by Jeff Holm and his drunk Uncle, Charlie. They embezzled the company investment and created the data themselves over Moonshine & cigars.

    5) Reimbursement Manager is as active in payers & plans as the Brair Rabbit . Your customers will not get paid! He is the Teflon man.

    6) You will ask your Manager for help, this sales job is really hard! They will approve your expenses and tell you to sell more knowing the fact that your customers won’t get paid and you won’t make any commission.

    7) You will either get fired after being on a PIP or you will subject yourself to legal danger. Great options, right?

I WOULD look elsewhere. If someone is telling you Biofrontera is great place to work, they are a lying A-hole or in 3 pockets in country where reps make money. You have been warned. Not worth it.

You nailed it. Everything they teach you is off label and then just cut you loose to just go out and sell it without any tools to address all the practical questions. The sales aids are useless.

The few people that have been successful in the company have done so mostly on their relationships with the doctors, rather than being able to convert them to Ameluz from Levulan which they are used to.

It’s a hard sell and not well reimbursed. Why would a doctor embrace, when they already have a working model with Levulan, that’s much better reimbursed and they make more money on. If they like you and are in the mood, they may order a few tubes, but no commitments.

If you’re considering, I agree in staying clear until some of the major issues are resolved. If they can survive that long, as they keep making all the wrong decisions.

Recently got a call by a recruiter for an open position in the NY area.

Didn’t get a good vibe with the territory being open for a while.

    Worth pursuing?

Nope. Stay the fuck away!! It's the definition of a shit show company and the people '' leading'' it.

    I completely disagree.

You clearly didn’t read any of the threads and asked a ridiculous question, I am thinking you would be a great fit for Training/ Marketing. Perfect fit.

Comon kiddos, it doesn’t matter what territory you’re in, you can definitely make money at Biofrontera.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Expert at lying, cheating, manipulating
    Familiar with selling off label
Ready to give away free stuff
Capable of screwing over the providers that are willing to help you
Able to take credit when it’s not deserved
    Accomplished bshitter
Skills similar to a car salesman
    Unscrupulous wheeler- dealer
    Dynamic POSER

Now looky here, i know what it takes to have a great quarter I’ve had a few. If you’ve been at BF more than 6 mos you know what a joke it is when posers walk around thinking/acting like they’re all that. Gimme a break!!
Wink wink, we all know whatcha doing cuz most of us have done the same thing, just on a much smaller scale.
No one wants to hear “made up” tips from posers who pretend they’re gettin legit business. Hello, shouldn’t your territory be split in 2 or 3 anyway?! Riiiight
Like some of you, I’ve gotten a couple decent bonus checks and it was great but let’s not twist things, no one actually deserves them. We’re worse off having worked here
    #noinventory=nobigbonus

Love this, you are clearly referencing the clown in CA. That dude thinks he is the “man.”
No bro, you aren’t! We ALL know you and your Mgr are working the market together (HIGHEST volume territory & could be worked by 2 to 3 reps) and your Managed Care has been fixed most of time. Just don’t be so over-top “clueless” and we will let you slide, man!

He clearly needs some affirmation because he was never picked for the kickball team.

If you are an investor, I would pull your money out and cut your losses now.

Currently, you have an incompetent Sr. Leadership in place.

*Christoph = inept, stubborn and doesn’t listen. Worst leader I have ever seen. Everyone hates him. Has not made a correct hire yet! Actually pretty impressive to be that incorrect 100% of the time.
*Randy = not even certain how he has this role?
*Jeff Holm = Ha Ha, someone explain one thing he has done since being here? Zero credibility within Dermatology and amongst his peers, salesforce loathes him.

Your money & investment is wasted with these guys in in place. If you do value the company and your investment, take a hard look at these 3 “leaders” and and maybe ask them what successes have you had since being here? Why you always dropping the ball and failing every step of the turn? These mishaps will continue with these 3 men in place.
    100% FACT!

I heard the Michigan territory is open does anyone know if it still is? I have been looking to get into Dermatology for awhile and despite some comments I think this would be good experience at least for my next position.

I heard the Michigan rep was one of the top reps. Why would they leave?

He was good and had done well and well respected with the derms, but the ediot from Germany would not provide him with any opportunities to further his career, as he had promised.

Another example of lack of leadership from a small minded, small town, German minded ediots.

He left to make more money at a better company. He was smart, I miss that pretty SOB. Especially this week at this poop show.

I heard that guy was about to get fired. They already shrank his territory. Good riddance. You could replace with anyone and would not miss a beat.

He was fired just not technically. They gave him the option to “resign” so he moved on. Luckily for him he had been interviewing and landed quick.
