Changes in the wind for Respiratory Brand

She is not the only incompetent manager we have here at TR, we have many. Do you have one? I know I do here in the West.

 

You may be giving her too much credit by only saying incompetent.

 

Sept 16th - big day for us that are still here.

 

What’s significant about that date?
BL develops a personality?
She develops a work ethic?
She joins weight watchers?
Oh and she will be there on that date (unless Jimmy opens his eyes before then and cans her) since she couldn’t close the deal at AZ or Regeneron.

 

If you live in Calif, Co, Wa, and Az then yes you have a retread of a manager who is so incompetent they can’t figure out how to get another job somewhere else.

 

Hmmm, I see Texas conspicuously missing from this list. You've got quite the dynamic duo over there. Yes, all managers at Teva Respiratory errrr Teva Specialty are worthless, incompetent, bottom dwellers who can't find jobs elsewhere. These sweeping general statements about anything in life are often accurate, right??? I've been a long time rep here (let the attacks commence) and there are a handful of really good managers and a number of sub-par ones just like in the rep ranks. I would surmise this is the case in every organization.

 

Not an attack (as you're expecting) but anyone with the career track showing "Teva Respiratory" is a freaking looser. Look where you came from and what you've become!!! Here's a thought, quickly go to your LinkedIn page or resume and simply remove the word "Respiratory" following the word TEVA. If you think for one minute that you are advancing beyond the spot you stand, you have another thing coming.

 

This is spot on and what’s funny is most of these managers think they are great and their teams love them when in reality they are terrible managers that their teams endure.

Bet you don't have to endure your manager taking your team out to tapings of game shows or taking reps out to dinner (outside of meetings). Wake up! We dislike spending time with you on ride alongs, why would we want to spend our personal time with you on top of that?

Don't forget about Yosemite Sam and Mr someone stole my personality in Texas. We've also got the hatchet man JK in Chicago....the West RM team is a joke. Of course, the East isn't any better and the company is full of worthless reps from coast to coast.

 

That's very true, I don't ever have to see my RM at dinner or ever for that matter as she's a shut in and getting closer to writing her new autobiography "My 500 lb life paid for by Teva Meals"!! Too bad she can't just have her top informant MS back on her team

I don't understand why Teva pays for entertainment at Nat'l meetings. If they really wanted to save some money, just tell everyone to watch Mark at meetings. That there would be some great entertainment especially if you are into comedy.
