The call today. Award for most clueless idiot goes to? Over half team is gone. Scott drones on and on about same exact moronic shit. Another great promotion by Alex to people who have zero experience in a roll. Unqualified and hated by whole group.

A little church on Sunday. These dudes don't know shit about oncology or rare. They never had these jobs before and all big company leftovers. Bottom ass of the barrel folks fired from last gigs running show check linked in to see employment gaps. Inexperience combined with ignorance and big ego is dangerous soup. So sad for Xermelo franchise - great reps leaving because of managements lack of transparency, consistent honest info and sales data ... forget the previous rep losses last year in launch phase and look at recent major market losses like North Carolina, Nashville, Atlanta, NYC, Tampa (2 different reps), New Jersey, Philadelphia, Boston, Seattle... and a few more resignations on the horizon makes it tough for this needed product to grow and help additional patients

 

I was called for interview and laughed out loud. Cattle call this week like a mass hiring cluster
