O & M make all decisions on compliance consequences- nothing to do w/ABM or BD or ML. Maybe 1 CL wasn’t let go b/c they only broke the rule one time, or they reported it instead of trying to cover it up. Some people dont learn (or don’t care) and are consistently making compliance mistakes. Thats a risk to the company. Government will want to know why we’re still paying someone who isn’t being compliant- looks like we don’t care what people do. Make it easy on yourself- know the compliance rules and stick to them

To prior poster, Man, I feel your pain. Nothing worse than a backstabbing betraying person. Know this. They don't get away with it, ok? Maybe for that moment they did, and it hurts like hell for sure. Before their time here is up, just know they're gonna end up on the receiving end of their own sword, lies, whatever they put out.
