How are their bonuses when no sales? What's it being based on? Formulary wins? Heard there are only a few in the country.

Let’s face it, this company is a disaster and the very worst career move I have ever made. Of the very small formulary wins, they aren’t even using the drug. No hospital see this need for it. There haven’t been any meetings in a very long time. Time to exit this sinking ship. BIG MISTAKE. HUGE

It's called having Associate reps to help cover cases, nothing you would know about big bad pharma guy making 25k bonus checks and bragging about it.
