Can anyone tell me the scope, cause, numbers, and direction? I’ve been gone for while but still in the game with a non-competitor to COV. Curious to know what’s shaking? An OR manager mentioned it to me last week. The last rep in my area didn’t make any friends and didn’t last long so I don’t have anyone to ask.

If history serves as a good indicator, the company won't disappoint us! They'll continue to make all kinds of stupid internal mistakes and backorder issues. But I'll still have full responsibility for making the number. This is the stuff that will continue to run off so many good reps.

But it won't matter because I'll have plenty of examples at year-end of how I'm a person who values inclusion and diversity. That and I'll be sure to embrace the Medtronic credo by living forward in my community and engaging in many philanthropic projects (whether I think they're worthwhile or not).

Just a typical taste of the Medtronic mindwash we're all being forced to swallow. Corporate buzzword speak on steroids.

Hey folks, here's an idea on how we can really succeed: STOP REDUCING HEADCOUNT. FIX THE INTERNAL ISSUES. BUILD SOME PRODUCTS THAT WORK RIGHT.

    Simple.

MDT will continue to make money no later what decision it makes.

No doubt. Anybody else notice the big shot banker that Omar just hired into the C-suite? He's here simply to advocate and manipulate the stock to higher levels. A bodacious comp package, to be sure, and he'll add nothing to strategy other than to drive Omar's comp through stock valuation.

Meanwhile we're all here fighting over table scraps.

    Despicable

DeBoda is an honorless goat leading a bunch of newly demoted AVPs.

Hot poker in the sphincter boys. We all know that you were diminished.
