You're not seeing better coverage in your territory because you're not selling, loser.

We're screwed no matter what . Praluent will get good label change as their data is better. We will struggle for scraps

Once Wall Street figures out that we're inflating our numbers with free product(safety net) the jig will be up. Also the FDA will put a stop to our Field Access Nurses from coming in and doing all the paperwork. Once Praluent label change goes into effect we'll be locked out of plans. If your not working on Plan B than your a fool.

Yea,l.... I mean all of the Paper work. The Amgen FAS does it all.. leafing through each pt chart one by one and fully doing the PA for each patient in each office. Then sending it off to the insurer. Putting words in to make it look good! Who’s the Dr Here? Isn’t this a Kick Back Scheme on Our part? The competition’s FAS doesn’t and can’t do any of the things Amgen’s doing. I was told this as I have good friends on the Regeneron side. Shame on us!

Why is Medicare D covering Repatha but not Praluent. It seems that Repatha patients are willing to pay $250 plus a month but not Praluent patients. Wondering why ?

    Repatha should be killing it
1- safety net captured as a script
2- FAS and nurses fill out all paperwork , anti trust & HIPPA violations
    3- 6,7-8 Repatha reps vs 1
4- FAS giveaways gift cards, TV’s , cosmetics, autographed footballs , etc
    5- sell off label
6- phony claims such as 72% reductions
    7- anything else.

Anyone hear if the Repatha Nurses contract will be renewed after August?
