That Guy is the worst manager... I’ve heard horror stories from multiple people on his team. I can’t believe Fouad allows him to continue on. He isn’t a leader.... MW is part of the culture rot of Valeant.
Treating your TMs like garbage is management 101 at Salix. It’s a badge of honor to have the whole team freaked out and scrambling for the exits. MW is only doing what his masters want him to do.
