Why did we not know the NP/PA thing until post launch? Who they hell thought box 6 was a good idea? Offices not getting confirmation of receipt, patients not being called, drug not shipping....if we don't get this shit straight fast...Teva is gonna swoop in and steal our lunch.

hub messed up, no samples, horrible ic plan

no one knows, in management, what is going on. it's a joke of a launch. only those with migraine centers will win. not fair.

This person must not have been at Amgen long. This is Amgen normal.

OMG....This HUB situation is absolutely a dumpster fire. I bet I have at least 3 patients this week that have fallen through the cracks. Anyone else have any ideas how to circumvent these problems? My docs won't be very patient with all this crap.

I was here for Prolia and Repatha and now this drug. This shouldn't surprise you how bad Amgen is at launching drugs. The 4 month advantage won't mean shit if Amgen execution is this poor.

You have to laugh right!? So much money and detail spent on certifying reps and then they screw up the most important part of the launch! Didn't we all see this coming!? Maybe they should have fire tested the process before launch!

Ask the prolia ans Repatha team how well the Amen hub works at launch.

This company still can’t launch right. They are the Cleveland Cavaliers - you had LeBron - just give him decent support and you would kill it. but no - pure incompetence.

Amgen had a long time to get this right. They had reps out for over 6 months making call after call to the same dr.'s for DSE. The Hub is messed up as no one at Amgen in Corporate knows what they are doing. Heck, the reps all ran out of their sales material week one. They sent them 500 p.i.s and no other sales material. It's a laughing matter. SRF's mean nothing. It's how many scripts get filled.

Yes "dude"....That is exactly why patients will wait until September to try the better of the two monoclonal antibodies for their chronic and episodic migraines. Teva has all this figured out regarding patient support. Look at it's long standing success with Teva Support Solutions and the millions of MS patients they have helped over the years with Copaxone's availability, CNE support and affordability.
Teva is coming with Ajovi whether you like it or not. And for those of you miserable Amgen reps wanting to make a difference and join the re-birth of Teva's future success, check out our career portal. We are still bringing top talent over!!!!

Your HUB is also now calling patients directly trying to squeeze confidential medical information from us! Total HIPAA violation and they have the nerve to say the conversation is being taped. They call me again prowling for info I’m reporting it to the FDA!
