The "King" is continues to shop his merry band of losers to any lab that will listen. The problem is that those days are over and the crazy comp package he is putting on the table can no longer be justified. The days of the Fresenius "hustle" are long gone and reality will hit come January when people look to scramble for a new home - only a few will have realistic opportunities and it will be every man for himself.
