Agree. MB had his hand slapped for asking too many questions and pointing out critical errors. MAde too many HO people uncomfortable. Dared to broach subjects others ( my Mgr included) feared to bring up. Stonewalled.

When conversations across the nation tell about reps not getting credit ( FMC, Davita, Spec pharmacies) reps and mgrs, and the HO stooges prefer to ignore vs confront, we’re all screwed. Speaking up is a career limiting move. Great people here for now.

How is it that one DM takes off every other month for England and a TAM takes off at least a week almost every month. I was told vacation wasn’t negotiable when I hired on and everyone only got 3 weeks but apparently not!

Yes when we all started we earned 3 weeks but you earn as you go and with shutdown for Christmas a lot more of folks myself included have rolled the earned time off over for 2 years! Not sure if that’s what your DM and TAM colleague are doing but I’ve banked quite sometime for myself!

Diabetic Neuropathy patients with proteinurea are definitely the patient type we will own.

Remember the correct nomenclature for this patient is just DN. “Dr. today I would like to discuss use of Veltassa in the DN patient.” Keep it simple and use the nephs acronyms and lingo.

Overheard at poa tam saying if they raise her goals she will quit. Threats are a buzz and career killer. Entitled baby. Most of us are working our asses off to meet our goals. If you’re not happy go find some other snow flake company to coddle you while the rest of us get back to work.

I heard today that LM, our sales trainer, is no longer with us. Where did she go?

Why do you care? What we should care about is the unreasonable goal creep and the likelihood we'll never meet our numbers, especially now that we have an approved competitor with the financial means to bury us. How long do you think Vifor will tolerate these losses before there's finally a price to pay? Hell, at least those no longer with this company will have a headstart on the rest of us when the bottom falls out.

LOL! I wonder if we'll be just as curious when the underperforming TAMs on the "fire list" that was recently circulated amongst the management team is finally implemented.

You assume that it wasn't sanctioned by HR in the first place. Whether they have or will act on it is something else entirely. My understanding was that it contained the names of TAMs that had failed to reach goal over several consecutive semesters.

Tam list is real. Targets consistent under-performers with managers given some discretion to move forward or not. HR is involved.

How they can work that list after last semesters debacle is questionable. Also known missing data HO has not continued to pursue or pay for further muddies the situation.

Bingo! There are a lot of "underperforming" TAMs still walking around this company as I write this that don't realize how much they owe their managers for their jobs. But ultimately it may be the data set failures and the incompetence in the goal setting methodology, which are both beyond pathetic, that prevented a purge. And you best believe that managers who pointed out the flaws with the goal setting methodology were marginalized and punished. None of us should feel complacent at this point. Also, wasn't there a departure recently in medical affairs?

Kind of funny there’s a list of underperforming TAMs when only 36 TAMs will be hitting goal for S1?

Based on the explanation the people on the list failed to meet goal for several consecutive semesters. Not sure how many semesters specifically.
