Total BS. Every company has good and bad reps, strong and weak territories. I like working for Interga, and I have been with multiple other companies. Hit your numbers and management leaves you alone. That’s what you are paid to do. is there room for great improvement , yes.

Stryker is always rated high on the employee satisfaction scale , and they have high turnover .

What the hell are you talking about? Good reps bad reps? Good territories bad territories? I’m talking about the company. The benefits package is far below industry standard and the car allowance? $270 after taxes doesn’t cover shit. $30K base and 3% of sales should definitely bring the top talent running here. What a joke. I love how you mention Styker. Not one of the Integra managers would ever be considered by Stryker. Pump the breaks little management boy, this place doesn’t compare in any way to Stryker, or Medtronic or J&J, or Boston Scientific etc...You are bottom feeders and anyone with any talent at all is looking to get out of here.

    Agreed,
Most were tricked to work here and promised the world.
Hitting quota does not mean you are left alone!!!!!!
When you are not liked you are pushed out. It could be over anything. There are mostly bad managers here. Don't want to be a part of it and do not have to be. What a waste of my life. Horrible management like most I will ride out the summer then gone.
Last 4 people got no exit interview. They do not want to hear what has to change. The company will not make its number Q3Q4. Oh wait Rob has a different lower quota. SURPRISED??
    NOPE u should not be.
