    Can somebody do a 360 assessment on Charmayne please? Nobody in our region cares how much you workout and what you look like in the gym. The better in shape she gets the bigger her ego. No one likes you except you. She never answers calls, emails or field rides but is on high alert whenever EB needs her. Biggest disappointment I’ve seen at Sunovion as she has rises to the top. It’s really sad and pathetic. She used to be normal

    EB willl protect her from any 360 assessment. He doesn’t want to know his golden child is flawed. I can’t believe she’s gotten away with such absent leadership for such s long time. I would take any of our ASDs over her. Talk about self serving and focused. I don’t know how she fits in the car with that big head. Do you see her Facebook? I agree it’s like she forces her values and lifestyle on all of us. Who cares? Go to the gym and stop telling us. We don’t give a shit

    SHe barely works. Always doing some mommy thing. Managing reps was as high as she should have gone. They will eventually find out and she will be gone, just might take a while.

    If the above post is right, I will be one happy ecstatic drunk TS! Charmayne has no business managing people, let alone managers. She spent two hours during our lunch talking about herself and her kids. It’s scary that a person like that has so much power. The level of incompetence is unheard of. It shows me how poor of a company this place is that she is an ASD. Let’s just say that when I have the right opportunity To leave, I have a nice little print off of a lawsuit which I will be emailing to HR. Will be very hard to explain to EB.
    Everyone says the exact same thing about her. Dont trust her farther than you can throw her.

    Another one gone. Another manager under her domain to decide that she will not take her shit any longer. How many RBM’s have to leave under her leadership until Eric will realize the common denominator. It’s her.

    Am I missing something here? I am pretty certain this latest departure was on the bottom of the performance chart for the last year or more. I am not in central and don't really know the ASD but what about the last place RBM leaving is suspicious? I was near the bottom for one quarter last year and was feeling some pressure to figure it out. I think you would have a much stronger case here if the people leaving were strong performers. BTW EB is the real deal because he stepped in and helped us fix a problem last year that had been killing us for some time. The fact that someone at his level would do that was really encouraging and left my group feeling much better about this company in a big way.
