Ty is a self absorbed piece of lying shit who uses humor to cut people down and stab them in the back. He has anger issues and it is amazing that his tyrant little man self made it through the lay off. Karma is a bitch Ty, you don’t get away with treating your peers around with contempt and rude behavior forever. Try a little harder to behave in the next meeting, your “jokes” are transparent and seem to be your only form of sick amusement. If we had an HR Dept that gave a shit about anything you would be gone.

 

sounds like Ty is the same tool just a different company. Ty was exactly like this 15 yrs ago- he will never change. There has to be some form of humility involved to change so Ty is hopeless. He was once deemed “unpromotable” in his HR file but Mary Trout took a liking to him and ignored the files. I guess we are stuck until HR wakes up. Maybe Bill Heiden can set HR an early wake up call and they can all get up together and actually do their damn job?

 

I can see how you have this opinion especially if you are negative, vengeful, hateful person. We should all have our “shtick” by now in our career. His is humor and frankly it’s refreshing in a company full of duds, for example Bill Heiden (did you hear his lame, self absorbed “speech” in Tampa) If you don’t “have an act” and a personality when selling, you don’t understand how to connect with people and really bring no value to this organization. Ty is one of the good guys, you sound like poison.

 

Poison appears in many forms and Ty’s poison is cutting people down with “humor”. Obviously, you have not been on the wrong end of it yet or you would not find it so “refreshing“. Heiden has always been self absorbed, Grund was a blatant liar and Keisel just runs around gathering dirt on people so he can pass it on to his idiot Area Directors. Call it poison if you must, but the trust of this sales team has been broken over and over again. We are tired of watching our backs as we try to do our jobs and although my RSD has never said it I can tell he is weary as well. The RSD’s are shielding us as much as they can, but it is clear this company is in deep trouble. And yes, I am actively looking for another job and yes, before you utter your predictable speech I and several others are leaving as soon as possible.
It is an absolute shame what has happened here.

 

Yes, this. I still cannot get over how hard we in sass worked to bust our asses over the last two years for this company. Fed a bunch of lies when hired. Not by my RSD, VP or AED because they were blind-sighted as well. Half of my original team is gone and most for new jobs already. They are the lucky ones!

 

yeah, TE has always been shallow. Always tells people how important they are and how he values them. Truth be told, he only values himself and what he can use anyone for that is around him.
