    Anyone heard of them? A friend of mine said they screwed her for non payment.

    Gulfstream Diagnostics used to be a predominantly physician owned lab. They set up "lab farms" and tried to get doctors to buy into them. Kickback city. Then they bought some labs so they could get in network. They got rid of the physician investment but started contracting with physician owned MSOs. Ticking time bomb. Blue Cross isn't ok with doctors getting paid to refer specimens.
