The Brooklyn Basement. How much further down can this place go? :(

They quit. And more than a few decided to walk away from the corporate wage slavery. They sold their homes or gave up their apartments, decided on a more minimalist lifestyle, rid themselves of unnecessary material goods, and moved down south or out west to begin new chapters in their lives. They chose a simpler life with increased satisfaction over the high stress daily grind of a soul-crushing job. They realized that in the end none of their career accomplishments and material possessions would mean much. They chose to leave the insanity for the betterment of their mental, physical, and spiritual health and well-being.

I left the site and Takeda after my experience at that hell hole. HR is a miserable “-h. The so called site head is a tool. No clue what he is doing. No experience for doing this job. He should be fired.

SLT takes all the credit, money, and promotions. This place is miserable. A disaster. Fucking awful. The projecf that won Project of the Year can produce half of what was promised. This site will be closed shortly. Takeda will never keep this incompetent fly over dump open.

Five more people quit in the last two weeks alone.

    Top place to work?

    No way. Stay away.

    Leadership is toxic and greedy.

Takeda pay is crap. You will be told to work major overtime and the the leadership group will promote and pay themselves. Everyone is quitting. They treat you like dirt. Greedy and cheap. No resources to do the job. No one can figure how these leader people got the jobs.

Funny that you are calling people at the site toxic. Clearly you are the toxic one. Must be hard to be unhappy all the time. Glad you are gone whoever you are.

The site doesn’t pay much and demands that you work 24/7. I quit and got a 25 thousand dollar raise and work far less. Best decision I ever made.

Takeda good and open company but not necessarily in BP. BP is an anomaly as it is lead by PDL/ Genmab carryovers. DO has informal say even though MG is ‘lead’. Advice for those considering expanding horizons in Biotech.... stick with biotech hubs in Boston, San Diego, NC and avoid wannabe areas in MN. You will find much more open minded / collaborative environment as you are not only game in town. Sincerely Bob (night shift)

Is plant manager from outside or another PDL carryover? What happened to TL? DO going nowhere as she is not accountable to anyone on site and she acts like it.
