Sleep well knowing you have destroyed lives in the Ocrevus Franchise. While you enjoy the Swedish Culture, I will be in the unemployment line trying to put food on the table for my kids. Thanks for destroying my career and the great job I left to come here. Karma is a biatch..hope you face it soon

Hello bitter rep. Nothing personal, just business. Not my responsibility or the Government’s to take care of you. Have some self-motivation about yourself. Be better

Hello psycho. Please reveal yourself to the world. You have nothing to hide do you? Look in the mirror. You’re a nobody, your a loser, you have no friends, you have no life. Yes, unfortunately, you know this is you. Now go away as we all have had enough of you. Step away from your computer and take a break and leave your trailer and contemplate why no one likes you.

You aren’t the sharpest knife in the drawer huh?

No one stated that it’s your responsibility, or the governments, to take care of those deceived by Genentech you tool. If Genentech mislead people it is their responsibility to make things right. Now focus doucher...

I'm curious how 'GENENTECH' mislead you? Did you sign a contract which stipulates duration of emplyoment? Did you mislead yourself by drinking the koolaid? Probably...

I know I did, but at thw end of the day, for those of us left there are still elements of why we came in the new world.

Don't get me wrong, it's a shitty situation to be in, and the speculation here on CP is making it worse not better.

However facts are facts, were people displaced during the extension? Were salaries adjusted? No, and you made a killing in bonus last year(regardless if vials moved in your territory).

    Hubris makes you foolish.

To all the former BIB/Novartis/Teva folks check your entitlement before ranting on CP.

Are you a part of the problem or the solution?

Would you shut your hole. Man sakes alive, keep your opinion to yourself. Common sense says this was marketed as joining GNE long-term. Not a temporary contract job. People have to go on what they were told before leaving their good jobs to come here. You let someone go for no fault of their own, no fault of their performance, is a big problem in most people’s eyes.

I came here for the long haul. Not a job hopper looking to increase my salary every stop. Planned on staying and absolutely love most of the people here. Of course Senior Leadership has turned out to be frauds and hypocrites. Those hired were long term proven successful folks. If I get cut I will find another job because I am talented not “entitled”. We were sold a bill of goods my this crap company.

For every 1 pharma and medical opening, there’s 1000 applicants. No worries, you’re talented and can find a job right away

Ok bud, i get it we all need a place to vent. I guess I'm still a bit curious though... People haven't officially begun the process yet, is now the time to be frustrated about "being mislead by GENENTECH"?

I'd wait to see happens to our displaced comrades before passing judgement on leadership.

To other good reps that came to GNE to work, and sell, why do you assume that it will be you? I get it, right no one knows until they do... But why assume in the absence of info anything?

As a Roche guy who saw the ridiculous amount of staffing that Gene has at every level...I love seeing mama Roche finally clean house a bit. There are so many “acronyms” out there acting like they are making a difference! If they would just hack the marketing teams the company will really be better off.

Spot on comment. Fat trimming time has come. Bill said at a HoHo right after he stepped into the role, that he was concerned about the duplication of efforts, lack of nimbleness with processes and basically we were too FAT. Positions were created to create full time positions which in many cases could have been handled by the CS's (i.e., FRM"s - don't tell me that the IC would have to change, we should be the first point of contact around reimbursement, other companies do it). Marketing is being re-aligned which hopefully will lead to more streamlined processes, let's hope that needed marketing pieces don't get hung up in the approval process any more than they already do.
For those who thought their sweet little gig was the their meal ticket, your complacency may come back to bite you.
If there aren't any major planned approvals for the next few years and likelihood of biosims taking on the horsemen, then we're walking a tightrope without trimming of the troops. Hell, my position could be terminated so I'm trying to look at it pragmatically.

Hey Nitwit.......You are supposed to be the 1st point of contact on a reimbursement issue. You then answer it or turf it to the FRM. You are also the 1st point of contact with Clinical Questions, etc. etc.
You sound like one of the "We didn't do this at my other company whiners, who corrupted every meeting. Unfortunately the Leadership team saw this lack of collaboration as an opportunity to make their mark. Congratulations we are like your old company........We now have a toxic environment with layoffs and no trust.

Hey nitwit, this thread is not about you. It’s about wishing Amy a happy life in Sweden. Don’t you miss her already?

Nitwit here. Actually I’ve been with Genentech for 10+ years and have seen firsthand that sometimes the CS has to do it all from start to finish around reimbursement when the FRM can’t find their way out of their condo to my remote corner of my territory (oh, I can get there in 3 weeks after I have my nails done and get to the new salon to try new highlights in my perfectly coiffed hair. I called them and they should be good for now).
It is time that all field personnel realize they are not indespensible. As for Amy bailing, it was all about checking the boxes to get a GM job.

Well Nitwit....It sounds like you are indespensable. Of course your myopic view is that of your current position. Everyone around you is a slacker compared to you? Only you understand the customer. Marketing is way off base. Management doesn't know what they are doing. Sound familiar? Deep down don't you realize you are the problem? If you were able to handle it completely on your own. Congratulations.......you did your job. Now everyone gets an orange slice.

You’re a piece of work. You think this individual is a one off scenario of this shit happening? The system is broken here, nepotism and cronyism prevails, the silo structure led to half asses effort by many including the CS team. Time to put more responsibility on the CS.

^^^^^^^And what I'm telling you is that most of the sales force did not utilize the ability they had at launch. Why should I know that? Because I sit in a position that was able to observe it.
Enjoy your "expanded role". You will now go even further away from driving business with Clinical selling.
