Thing is...If Hymovis is a superior product, clinically is strong, leadership team which includes the Director, DM’s, marketing, Roy, and HR are strong, pay is great, turnover is low, they wouldn’t need to track every movement we make. But since numbers are down they have to find an excuse. It’s easy to blame us the reps but like I wrote. If the other areas I mentioned are strong well numbers wouldn’t be down. Like the previous person wrote. This place is bad bad news. It’s not a good look. And it isn’t. It’s never going to change as long as they have the leadership team in place the company will struggle.
