Pharma Letter just completed a poll in all pharma and bio-tech reps. For mid tier pharma DSI was the lowest ranked company in terms of selling skills, professionalism of pharma reps and for product sales. Congrats guys you finally won something!!!!

not a surprise I’ve been here for a few months and can’t belive how low skilled the workforce is. my DM is fine but doesn’t coach or even provide and expectations, pretty much on your own. at our breakouts for NSM no one could show even a basic ability to sell, they went around the table doing introductions, they’ve either been here for years or bounced from one company to another. it’s an embarrassment to work with so many unprofessional people. all you do is complain? I’m handing in my notice on Friday and I hope I have an ext interview. I can’t beiuve the emails and text messages people send here. I’m sharing all of them.

That’s one of the many reasons I am also leaving. Poor management. Too much separation STILL!!! (DSI/AR)

How do people stay so long but yet complain? If you don’t like it, leave. Unless they are so low skilled they won’t get hired.

There will be more layoffs by year end. Writing is on the wall. Plan your exit or it will be planned for you!

When you start a thread, you should at least use proper English when creating a title. You must be one of our “top” reps selling opioids. Stellar. I am so proud to be a part of this organization. Full of so many wolves. Isn’t that right Keith?

shame you couldn’t sell half as good as you spell check who the hell cares about spelling when you can’t sell a thing! you’ll be gone by December so maybe you can learn others some English

Starts with leadership, horrendous RD's and poor DM's. The RD's are weak and out for themselves!

H@nsen would not make it as an admin secretary at a real pharma company. All about himself.

Have to say the reps are not all that bad here. Training just flat out sucks, though. And a number of the DMs never make it to the field on a consistent basis. So what could have, should have never happens. People are too busy trying to keep their heads above water in this sinking ship of a company.

Amen to that...and the pain side of things is suffering the most. Especially with no talent assclowns like Lorino trying to lead.
