Here is another example of an individual who fears competition from a company that does it all above-board. I bet you send all your samples to some out of state lab and use a ridiculously high charge master. We don't do that. Maybe you should try us out. Undoubtedly, you're disconnected, levying this allegation with no basis in fact. (Name your lab, and we will show you dirt)...Pathnostics? Premier?Total Toxicology? Redwood? Vantari?

Exactly. There is no brokering of samples and no lab reference agreement. One thing that should stir suspicion is when a sample leaves the office on one requisition form and the report is from a completely different entity...This was common with many of the HOPV models...Look up Mission and Vidas. Small regional labs are good for their locale only. For example, why would a toxicology lab in Southfield, MI run a majority of specimens from Eastern seaboard states? If they were part of a network, that would be different. Some hospital network models sill exist, but they like to keep samples to areas that they service directly. We have a solid foothold in Florida. We also have a strong QA program to keep things clean from start to finish. Check it out.

Yeah, just be warned that Alex Meskin is notorious for not paying invoices and has enough bank to resist any lawsuits, given his trusts and funny Russian connections. He talks a big game but it's all a farce. Big payback coming. Avoid.

Universal Diagnostic Laboratory partnered with Vantari Genomics to offer complete service line. The joint company has maximized reimbursement through and commissions for its independent contractor representatives. Vantari pays UDL 50% of the Medicare money paid on the molecular testing it does for the UDL physicians and Vantari has a physician registry for those test it does not offer that UDL has, all completely legitimate.

 

LOL I have talked to numerous people that are totally fed up with the LOUSY service from Vantari PLUS Vantari claimed that they had all these In-Network contracts but they didn't unless you consider HOPD which is what they have been doing. Patients are getting harassed and threatened from the hospitals.

 

None of this is legitimate. The OIG, CMS and private insurers are cracking down on this scam. People will be going to jail. There is an entire Justice Department task force investigating this. My brother in-law works for the FBI. Stop now or you may be in big legal trouble

Vitas Laboratory is someone to run away from if you care about getting paid. Some people talk the talk but never live up to their promises and Vitas is one of those.
