    I’m not in GI, but at least one division has a leader people like and apparently respect. Take notice NBU, OBU, Immunology.

    Unfortunately Nathan will probably be fired. The other leaders will start a coup against him for being liked.

    Zone director out west, Doug Z is not performing and is rumored to be a sub par leader. Not inspiring, no great ideas, and instead of motivating his people out West it sounds like a constant whine on conference calls. He belongs back in speciality or carrying a bag.

    you can lead a horse to water...
    you cant motivate incredibly lazy people people with no drive no desire and no energy
    can not be motivated its not on leader in sales you must be self motivate

    There are very few "Leaders" at shire, most all managers are nothing more than supervisors that accumulate and report data on activities. "Leaders", ha!

    That’s one thing to call it. It comes across more like he’s scared AF of losing his job.
    Nah, he’s not going anywhere after SHPG. He’s burned too many bridges with people in the industry. If he’s lucky maybe he can catch on as a rent a rep doing contract work.

    We’re hanging on by a thread but hey it frees up a lot of time to interview. Not sure about the rest of you but I got a packed interview schedule!!!
