So we're looking to partner finally ay? What's that going to mean for us in the field? Think it'll help the stock price? Tired of looking at my options underwater!

It will help the stock because it will build stock holder confidence if we get a partner. However, if your stock options are in the range that mine are (>5) we only make out if the company is sold at the 7.50 mark that some analysis to talk about. Many talk of a sell off at 5.00 in our current dismal state if we don’t gain some market share soon, which would hurt us all. Ironically, the reps rolling in now will do better than the RBDs and RGAISs, which is the group I am in, because their stock options are at a much lower strike price. Ironic, isn’t it?

Absolutely sucks that newbies are getting shares at this price while all of mine are worth nothing. On top of it, I bought more on my own back when it was $4. Gary f'd us all with his horrible management and now with the crappy coverage it's making it impossible to gain ground. Even with a partner nothing will improve until Medicare pays for Rxs. We need a miracle

stop wishing for miracles and get a new job. We all were suckered but cut your loss and move on. Midwest full of hype and no substance from this guy....

I want to give it a little more time, especially with the partnership rumor floating out there now. Hoping my shares can get a little above water before I split.

You are blaming Gary? Have you read the articles that repeatedly talk about cash burn? Let’s think who has the biggest budgets: Sales (Marianne), Comm Opts (Scott) and Marketing (Pam). Who did they all report to? Troy. So isn’t he the one responsible for the lack of oversight and poor management? This company spends money like big Pharma so that is the reason the company isn’t doing well. Read the stock blogs. Nearly daily there is something about poor leadership. Gary’s part in this was hiring Troy who didn’t manage his leadership team and the VP Financing who didn’t hold her peers accountable for their budget overspend.

Yes it is. It will be a happy day when this company is sold. Hoping to recover the money I spent on stock.

the glaring issue is Marrianne. She never had her eye on the ball. Market access team put this company in a hole that will take years to dig out of and her ABDs are average at best and that’s after getting rid of the first joker. Troy needs to take action quickly and swiftly and make some bold moves to get the company moving in the right direction.

    Way too late for that.

Very accurate statement. I have walked around thinking “Am I the only person who sees this?” Seeing this written by someone else reinforces that I am not the only one aware that there is a major problem which has been and continues to be a cancer in this company. Unfortunately, Troy will never get rid of Marianne and the ABDs and that is exactly what needed to happen a year ago.

Who came up with the brilliant idea to have 22 RGIAS’s? We don’t need more than a couple. Mine can’t even sell in the field but gets paid a grip more than me?

How does a buyout help us at this stock price?

At least we would get something depending on the terms. According to S.A., the stockholder meeting took place after that call when Marianne said we’d get raises. Stockholders put their a$$e$ up straight. Bull$hit at this company. Where’s my raise??????

I think a buyout would only cause cuts. The purchasing company would use their reps.
