Please send this survey to the Expansion territory reps. We have things to say that PF might like to hear.

Maybe now there will be a 360 degree survey.

If KM really cared, the 360 degree survey would already be out. It is amazing that the survey hasn't been sent out with the mass exodus that is happening.

Please see "Why people change jobs" and you will have your answer as to why in many cases!

Hardly qualifies as a mass exodus, loser. So sad.

When the division has 78 employees (60 RSS, 6 Managers, 3 managed care people, TN, SM, APH, KM, SG, Dr. A, Dr. B, no compliance people, no MSLs and AS (1 medical affairs person) a 10% departure is an exodus.

Anytime you ramp up a new organization it is expected that you will have some initial turnover in the beginning. The organization culture is being defined and personalities that don’t aline move on.

Well said! Those who have moved on were either too good or not good enough, depending on their individual circumstances. Those who are still here have either passed the test already or are still being evaluated and barely hanging on.

On average your observations are correct about 50% of the time.

Says one who is still being evaluated and barely hanging on. Talk to the hand!

Then why don’t you leave and make it 11%? You’re clearly not happy here.
