Todd Noisen ran another one out of his district. Think that is four within a year.

That's NOT why the individual left; stop this bashing.

Todd is a heaping pile of pharma garbage. All he does is run people off. Only one person likes this guy in his district. Guys like him are what gives pharma a bad name. Get rid of this cancer.

Love it when the team pet chimes in.

All the managers are awful here so there are no worse ones. Bunch of kool aid drinking micro managing dummy's. This company and the management fits right in if this was 2005.

Yeah Rob Rice with Entyvio. He is a calamity. He is garbage. He is the epidemy of micromanagement. Does not belong in specialty. I am so thankful I don't work for him anymore. Since the launch of Entyvio, he's lost 90% of his sales reps. We're much better off now, but please Takeda, recognize that this DM is a liability to you, and get rid of him! Entyvio is such a great product, but its potential will never be realized on the West Coast if RR's oppression and narcissism prevail (he's got quite the HR baggage too, look into it...)

This team West Coast has a bunch of losers on it. This post is a great example.

I am a manager in another region. Don't have a horse in this race. Only thing I can say from seeing reps and managers come and go is, when you have 4 reps leave in a year, it is time to look at the manager, not the reps that left for the problem.

Well said. Someone needs to take a hard look at Todd Noisen. Heard he did this at his last company. He needs to be put on a plan.

He was known as Annoysen at DSI. We could not stand his narcissism. He was never wrong. Does not want to hear any feedback because he thinks he knows it all. Does he send your team out a motivational message every day? He did this at DSI. It got really old after one week but people were afraid to say anything to Todd. I still run into reps that know of him. It sounds like he is doing the same at takeda. I love coming onto your board to get updates on this dipshit. usually found under who is the worse manager thread.
I feel sorry for those that have to put up with this guy. He acts as if he is your friend bt will throw you under the bus if it makes him look good.

A Chicago manager chased out a few tenured reps the past few years. Those reps where inherited. Then moved territory tenured reps to outlier territories and moved own hires to fill the vacancies. How is that a good business move? Can't wait to find a new job just like the two other reps in the district. That will be about 7 reps leaving in 10 quarters

Are you sure you aren't talking about noisen? Todd just had another quit on him a week ago. I used to work indirectly with Marby years ago. She had a great work ethic and good relationships in clinics. Heard that her manager has driven out five reps in less then a year. Reallt sad that some managers don't give a hoot about the people that make them money.
Upper management does not seem to care either since they let it happen.

I don't have any pity for the reps that have to work for him, they have the choice to leave.

vallejo in florida, we now call him gato gordo, he is he worst. follow his movements and you will see incredible turnover of senior reps. If HR ever evaluated his ROI ... rival pharma companies are glad he is with takeda

vallejo made my docs laugh a lot. He once told a rep Contrave worked even after you stopped taking it because it changed the brain. can't make this up.
