SZC still needs to replace PA (even SPS!) on formularies and that means $$$ going way low. Up to market access

I thought I could hold on to see this through but this jacked up ass-backwards incentive shit will be the demise of me. Is this what our future holds? Some ridiculous, unobtainable quota which we got after a month was already over. So I have 2 months to hit a quota with brand new docs?? AZ analytics: this is not 1998- basing a quota off year old numbers got buried awhile back. THIS is the shit we were all afraid of and we are actually living it now.
I better shut it down- need to make sure I throw up a post on Facebook- I mean workplace. Good lord-

That’s a good one. I’ve never heard of a company encouraging social media usage. Until now, that is.
I think atleast half my team is looking. This ship has sailed (into big pharma waters)

If I go there will be trouble, and if I stay there will be double.

If you stay you have two excellent products to launch over the next couple of years with job security and in the renal cardio division a pretty damn good culture so far compared to the rest of AZ divisions. Actually a good culture compared to most pharmaceutical industry cultures and other companies in general, let’s get honest here. You’re getting paid well, we have long-term incentives, stock options, and if you have a good solid manager that is priceless and most of the ZS ( now Az renal - cardio divisisional managers are great to work for.) The few people that have left are already wishing they did not leave and want to come back. Do your homework and choose wisely and don’t make emotional decisions. The grass is not always greener on the other side and to be quite frank, most of the time it’s not , and even worse. Just very careful and do your homework. The renal-cardio division is a pretty sweet spot in this organization and industry right now for the next several years. Nobody can argue that.Good products the launch, job security, good managers in place, it’s a different environment than the other divisions of AZ. Jess P In my eyes has already been proving that thus far.

If Lokelma label doesn’t improve they may not keep us around. Will not corner the chronic market with current data

This is by far the stupidest statement I think I’ve ever read on this site. Yeah OK, If the label doesn’t improve they may not to keep us around you say? They need us, only 120 of us to promote this product and Roxadustat You are so far out of touch with reality. The amount of money az paid for this agent and now it’s finally approved and you think you’re going to get rid of extremely experienced reps
with nephrology contacts and everything else? And what? have the team that failed launching brilinta miserably promote and launch lokelma and Gail with that like they did Brilinta? You are in La La Land buddy. I sure hope you’re part of the CV lay off when occurs because you are useless with the way you think! Yikes

Are you guys serious? Already drunk off the kook-aid?
You find this an enjoyable culture? We are already being managed by metrics and it’s just going to get worse. Have you thought about the launch bonus? I’m anticipating it to be laughable.
Zero development opportunity. Over two years completely down the drain.
I know a number of people who have left and not one of them wants to come back. Like the rep who just make $40,000 last quarter at a real biotech; yeah, not really begging their way back. All I get from them is,”I can’t believe you’re still there.”
Maybe you all know something I don’t, but I do not find this current culture enjoyable and I do not see it getting any better.

Then LEAVE! All these jobs in sales in our industry have a certain amount of sbullshit no matter where you go. I know several people that have left and wish there could come back and not miss out on the stock options that they have now lost. If you’re so negative about it then leave take your self entitled probably useless sales ability ass to another company.

Seriously, whoever keeps responding to posts and posting the name “Eric long”, could you please lose your hard on for this guy, and stop being so obsessed with stating his name on this site. Nobody gives a shit. Shut the fuck up with your stupid comments of always saying his name. Get a life. You’re pathetic.

you work for AZ now with the rest of us. Not so special anymore. Thank they’re going to let you make big launch money? If that drug doesn’t take off there will be no reason to keep you. Not hating. Just giving you the real deal. Most of the ZS reps I have met are great. Some are absolutely arrogant. You are big pharma
