Biggest asshole has to be Mr. Steve. It is morbidly fascinating to see how his "style" is emulated by 3" Ted and Cabin Boy Chad. Smug, assclowns who think they know a lot yet can never seem to make it work without a hammer and pipe wrench. The Indian finance whiz is quite the motivator, too. What a dick, never figured out why people just packed up and left. Then there is good ol' boy Carson. Thinks he's smooth, yet cannot see how people see through his complete line of bullshit. All of these wordsmiths not understanding that they started from a point where no one believed the crap spewing from their pie holes but yet they act like they are Knute Rockne at halftime. No one gives a shit what you say, let us get back to work and get something done. And those metrics, what a steaming pile. Useless information so they can pretend they have a grasp on how things are moving along. What a meaningless joke. Never helping out much except condescendingly pointing out mistakes and offering solutions that add nothing to the fix. They all talk crap and pretend to know what they are doing. They take whatever talent stupid enough to hire on and simply grind it down to the bone. This is the only management group I have ever met that I would never want to associate with outside of work.
