    What’s the point of a yearly review if we don’t get a raise? Opko has the funds (the entire MSL division is gone plus a VP and a Director) and is finally giving out rebates so we can get some prescriptions filled. How can you justify no raises when the sales team did they job? Reimbursement killed the launch of Rayaldee along with it being overpriced.

    Annual review with no raise but money spent on an expansion with territories with no production.

    Legacy territories with none to very little production deserve no raise. You’ve had close to a full year advantage over the expansion reps, and still no production? Sounds to me like YOU are the problem. It’s only a matter of time until you are shown the door.

    OK wunderkid, are aware that after the first four months reps were let go? Make all the excuses you want, but if you are not producing you better be looking!

    The company has the money. We no longer have the MSL division (10 people), a VP (JN) and a Director (MB) and they laid off the Inside Sales Force (20 people). The money is in the budget Dr. Frost.

    WTF?

    Take your base pay and divide it by 52 weeks. That is your weekly paycheck amount. Take a week off and load fake calls then you can stop bitching amount the company screwing you out of $1.200.00 because they are cheap fuckers.

    At this point I’m not sure if OPKO renal will survive. No discussion of anything, really anything, beyond a few quarters. I will have been here a year soon and no mention of merit increases.

    It was announced on the town hall that there will be no merit increases or reviews for 2017. They are adding more new territories instead.

    How can Opko afford 6 new reps and NOT give merit increases to the people that have stuck it out?

    Which of the two options will result in more sales? Giving you more money or hiring additional reps who can actually sell?
