Did they complete the web interviews yet for New England ? How long after the ph screen did you get contacted to move on?

why do you want to know? If you were chosen to move on you would have heard by now. People that haven’t heard back yet are either not chosen at all or are backups to the preferred candidates. Time to forget about this company and move on!

no need to be dicks to those asking simple questions. Nothing worse than waiting for info when that info is limited.

I had my NE video interview two weeks ago. Not sure if they are continuing, but considering the next round of panel interviews isn’t until July you may still be in the mix. I’d reach out to the recruiter you did the phone screen with and ask. Good luck.

The interview process is garbage. People with a lot of experience were cut from the mix right away and the ones that stay are not being told anything. That is a sign of how the company will treat you. If you haven’t heard anything don’t be so eager to please them. They should be worrying about retaining good interviewees. You don’t do that by keeping people in the dark.

Panel “so called” final interviews happening in Dallas today. Right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. I’ll pass on this opportunity.

Expansion may not happen now. Revenue is not growing as well as expected.

    Disease state is so limited,
    honestly there’s not that many
    patients out there with TD
the newer atypicals that have been
out now 15 years or so just dont
produce much TD like the older
    Typicals did.

You're kidding right? What medical school did you attend. Newer Anti-Psychotics might be somewhat cleaner, but there is still the propensity for TD down the road. Have you seen what Teva is doing with their product Austedo? Maybe you are simply in an area where Psychiatrists or Neurologists are living under a rock, but just look at where your Centers of Excellence are treating and studying this disease and I'm sure you will think differently.

What "Teva" is doing with this drug? If you measure success by still having regional goals even with two indications and most territories still getting less than 1-2 prescriptions per week a year into their launch, then yes Teva has knocked it outta the park with this one.

Honestly our scripts per week aren’t much
better an we’ve been out longer and
    had the jump on them.

Well. When the drug costs anywhere between 60-100k, u don’t need too many scripts to keep the lights on. Jus sayin...

So what’s the deal? Are they hiring or not? Has anyone heard back from P1 or 1st round??

They are having trouble getting enough qualified candidates that meet their preference for the next step. Budget is also getting tighter and they do not want to throw too much money around for this expansion. Be patient and tell them you are no longer interested when they do contact you.

You are an exception to the rule it seems. Nobody was informed they were moving on, except for you. They are treating candidates like mushrooms. Keeping them in the dark and feeding them crap. I’m really annoyed by the process because I referred good reps for the job and they haven’t heard a whisper. I’ve never heard of a process with less communication. It is embarrassing!!

I was told I’m moving forward too, but no formal offer yet. No word t all since. The silence is making me second guess!!

Sorry but a lot of you candidates sound pathetic! Let’s say you went on a date with someone in May, and you felt pretty good about how it went. You send a message to the person saying how nice it was to have met with him/her. They never respond. Now we are approaching mid July. Are you that desperate that you would give a damn about that person now? Do you have any self worth? Put it out of your mind. If the person calls, then you decide if they are worth it. Remember that the way you are treated in the interview process is a sign of how you will be treated as an employee. If they truly value you there should be no doubt in your mind. I have a couple of referrals in the mix and I told them the same. I felt more love when I went through the process but now it seems different. Not sure what has changed.
