Yes, it was the best fucking thing you can do. Maybe that 5% growth this year will make everything better. NOT!

So, Burrows is leaving? Who is going to run the Hub system.

It's done. Barry Regan replacing him from S&N.

    S&N’s gain is our loss.

Is this good for us? I am wishing for a total makeover of the current logistical system.

I can think of a few people that will need to have their resume updated by the middle of August...

Wait until they start unraveling this crazy expensive system that jack off Burrows created. good bye hubs......

Who is they? Don’t you think that the top is aware of the expense versus results. I certainly hope so.

Regan replaced everyone at the top of his org at S&N. Would think that's what he sold to get the job at WM.

They know - but too afraid to do anything about it.

Of course “they” know. But “they” are not too afraid. It’s more like “they” are complicit. Combined with the simple fact “they” don’t give a shit.

i use to run a hub in the Midwest and believe I was there just for the paycheck. They didn’t have a clue what they wanted to accomplish. The expense to run those places were astronomical. They should have left good enough alone and simply increased and bettered the logistical team in Memphis. Don’t get me wrong for a salary of 65k with bonuses and expenses, I was gonna play the game. Played it for 4 years then bailed for a “real” company

Oh Eichman. Who is the “real” company?

Not sure if you could more obviously 'frame' yourself as someone if you tried. Nice work putting all the unnecessary details of how long you were there and where you were for no reason.

But...with that said...I also have first hand knowledge of the hubs. It is a awful mess. Most employees sit around all day because there simply isn't the volume, and reps come and get their stuff. The real problem is that any ideas have to go through Burrows, who squashes criticism leading to people being complacent to just getting a paycheck.
