Abbott Nutrition management continues to be a bunch of narcissistic a**holes who can’t see the forest for the trees and care nothing about the well being of any employee. The philosophy is oh well I’ll just hire some one else which is why turn over has skyrocketed. Karma is a bitch and she is for real. Read this trolls and HR pukes!

 

They are to busy trying to build a little kingdom, stabbing each other in the back, or trying to figure out how to increase their bonus to bother trolling the boards.

Besides Abbott mgmt can barely work a computer much less troll the boards.

They are still clapping themselves on the back for 'yammer' and 'project northstar' and whatever other little short term BS they can do to claim a success without doing real work.

 

Abbott management laughs at us fired employee's. It's not fair. I wish I had a second chance here, I wouldn't have been so lazy if I knew there were repercussions.

 

Me too! I wouldn't have taken so many work from home days and just ran errands, watched TV, and went shopping. Lesson learned :>(

 

Sad really. How many are left watching Youtube videos in the cubicle farms? So many empty cubes last I was there, it was like a graveyard. There were still a few reminders of the good ole days though. A pencil stuck in the ceiling over the Frat Boys cubicles for example. There is new humor available though, like the reporting structure of a Manager who reports to a Manager who has one Group Leader reporting to them and zero projects. LOL

 

yeah that sounds like a real circle jerk.

 

To combat excessive days at home all fleet cars starting in 2019 will have GPS tracking devices. There will be random audits to sync up with sfdc data. The party is over slackers. Go to work!!!!!!!

It's a shame it has come to this point. Why can't reps just do the job they're hired to do? To some people everything is entitlement.
