good for Kare, he can afford to live anywhere and have vacation homes on the side. For everyone else it sucks. Parsippany sucks.

It really sucks working in a half empty building in Frazer with no motivation to do anything but look for a job and watch people leave. The sales people have no clue how few people there are to support them in HO.

I have never seen motivation so low and NO ONE is moving to Parsippany except for all the VPs around here who can’t find anyone to pay them as much as Teva for their entitled asses. Hope all the VPs are ready to roll up their sleeves and do some work, because they are going to be the only ones left.

Who are you kidding? Have you seen all the major pharma companies in the Parsippany area? Teva is salivating at the chance to bring in new leadership and people who want to work to the new corporate offices. There will be plenty of talent up there and probably more to choose from than what they've had in the past. Just look at all the job postings on Tevapharm.com and tell me if you see those openings up for more than 30 days. There are tons of professionals in N.J. who will gladly take your old spot. Just feel lucky that you had the bass playing mullet man in KC as long as you did. This shut down and move is long overdue.

Spoken like a true VP, you missed the point dumbass. I agree that leadership needs cleaned out but our incompetent leadership is not leaving, they will move to keep their inflated salaries. The people that are leaving are the people that actually do the fucking work and can not afford to move. So good luck replacing 800 worker bees in Parsippany.... better roll up those sleeves and get ready to some work you naive shithead.

Have to agree with the previous post, these are people that have been my friends for years living in the trenches, working late on supply chain issues, working weekends for finance’s month end closing, putting Teva first to ensure Regulatory issues were resolved .... I don’t think it will be as easy as you think to replace us with Kare’s “rich people” up in Parsippany. Rich people will not want to work as a QA specialist or AP Processor.

Oh.. we are so lucky that mullet man in KC took care of us..Give me a break. At least LD truly cared about his employees. Kare could care less and as a result, we aren’t busting our butts like we did in the past. You get what you pay for and we didn’t get bonuses like you spoiled brat sales people. Good luck finding a HO person on Fridays after 11:59am.

Give me a break.. at least LD truly cared about his HO employees. Kare only cares about making his target and his bonus. You get what you pay for and we didn’t get bonuses this year like you spoiled brats. Good luck finding a HO person to help you on Fridays after 11:59am.

No, you give me a break. It's the 38 billion dollars in debt and the lavish uncontrolled spending that took place for far to long under LD's watch. Just look at that waste of money on the KC/Overland Park facility that was only there due to LD residing in KC. Teva will be much better served out of that area and into the northeast where there will be plenty of pharma expertise available. Kare knows how to run a business and do the things it will take to get this thing turned around. Look at the stock this past year as well as the debt relief that has been realized just since he came in with changes. And remember, that is what the board charged him with!!! If LD was such a savior and cared about all the minions that will be left behind, why isn't he taking care of you who don't want to go the Parsipanny. He should have enough political clout and pharma connections there in KC to help.

One has to wonder..putting the grease that Jersey is applying aside—- one side benefit of moving HQ to Jersey is the no doubt high number of headcount that will not uproot their families and move to Jersey in order to stay with Avet (Think redrum...)... Last thing Kare wants to do is announce more layoffs. This way, all he does is move HQ far away and he gets the reduction in headcount he needs for more cost reduction.. and maybe even avoidance severance expenses....without having to disclose “more layoffs” and the market signals the go along with that . it’s just a theory....

Good point and never thought about it that way. I bet you're right. Another good move for Kare!!!

I’m not so sure how smart Kare is about what he’s doing. Rainey has given the OK to hire additional resources in NJ right away. We are going to be forced to travel back and forth for training (not cheap) and we are paying for double the people (given we can find people for the roles). We are supposed to find out the “waves” for moving to NJ by the end of June/early July. Won’t be holding my breath on that deadline. It’s a joke

Right on! Seeing the ZZ-Top septuagenarian show was way better than getting a bonus in 2017!

Dont forget about Larry’s hillbilly buddies we were fortunate enough to see perform at every national meeting and Presidents club trip. Feel bad for those guys. They lost a good gig when mullet man left.
